Your office between Milan and the whole world
The area is supported by a comprehensive network of infrastructures and services focusing on mobility and allowing quick access to the main stations and the airports of Linate, Malpensa and Orio al Serio. The metro station (red line - M1) and the Sesto 1° Maggio railway station are the main infrastructures that connect the area to the centre of Milan, reachable in a few minutes, and to the centre of Monza. The metro will be accessible directly from the Unione 0 lot through an exit on Piazza della Stazione.

The planning of public spaces is key in defining the quality of life in an urban environment, especially in terms of work. Unione Park will be a unique and interconnected green isle, with a harmonious relationship taking place between the redeveloped industrial archaeologies and the new office space buildings.
A new idea of office
The future of workspaces is shifting towards the concept of 'Building-as-a-City' (BaaC): a building that diversifies the ways in which people experience their workspace through the introduction of activities, habits and services that recreate the complexity of an urban environment. Just as the city offers endless impulses and inspirations, the building is planned to meet every daily necessity, all in one place. Internal and external areas, workspaces and leisure spaces - communicating seamlessly to facilitate human relationships and optimise daily routines.
Sustainability
On one hand, the project preserves the memory of the site, recovering renewed industrial styles; on the other, it adopts the most advanced standards of environmental sustainability and energy efficiency, both in terms of performance and compliance with LEED and WELL requirements. All the design solutions identified involve the use of innovative materials that reinforce the principles of the circular economy and encourage dialogue between public and private spaces.

Spaces designed for well-being
Large offices filled with natural light make for fluid and efficient workspaces, designed for the wellbeing of those who use them and conceived around the idea of agile organisation. The spaces are built to guarantee maximum flexibility, customising layouts and configurations based on specific necessities. The environments range from workstations to green areas, both inside and outside, and areas dedicated to mental and physical well-being. The areas surrounding the core spaces are dedicated to services, cloakrooms, waiting rooms and lounges.
Space offer
The building disposes 10 floors above ground, as well as a technical floor dedicated to photovoltaic panels. On the ground floor we find the lobby and retail spaces, while the remaining 9 floors are reserved for bright open-space offices. The 2, 6 and 9 floors allow direct access to the terraces, real hanging gardens overlooking the district and its parks. The Belvedere terrace, with its panoramic view, is the ideal location for open-air events. Lastly, the two underground floors house archives, warehouses and a car park with 200 covered parking spaces.
