The new office spaces by ACPV Architects rise next to the new Sesto San Giovanni station, in a historically international area that plays a strategic role for the access to public transport. The area is supported by a comprehensive network of infrastructures and services focusing on mobility and allowing quick access to the main stations and the airports of Linate, Malpensa and Orio al Serio. The metro station (red line - M1) and the Sesto 1° Maggio railway station are the main infrastructures that connect the area to the centre of Milan, reachable in a few minutes, and to the centre of Monza. The metro will be accessible directly from the Unione 0 lot through an exit on Piazza della Stazione.

A union made possible by the large pedestrian walkway with photovoltaic roof over the railway. Join us in following the construction of this new landmark destined to renovate the city’s skyline.

Sustainability

On one hand, the project preserves the memory of the site, recovering renewed industrial styles; on the other, it adopts the most advanced standards of environmental sustainability and energy efficiency, both in terms of performance and compliance with LEED and WELL requirements. All the design solutions identified involve the use of innovative materials that reinforce the principles of the circular economy and encourage dialogue between public and private spaces.

Space offer
The building disposes 10 floors above ground, as well as a technical floor dedicated to photovoltaic panels. On the ground floor we find the lobby and retail spaces, while the remaining 9 floors are reserved for bright open-space offices. The 2, 6 and 9 floors allow direct access to the terraces, real hanging gardens overlooking the district and its parks. The Belvedere terrace, with its panoramic view, is the ideal location for open-air events. Lastly, the two underground floors house archives, warehouses and a car park with 200 covered parking spaces.
